A computer that won’t power on, shows a blank screen or fails to load Windows can have several possible causes. I provide on-site investigation for homes and small businesses across Brisbane Southside, Logan, Browns Plains, Ipswich and Bayside.

Check the complete setup
I look at the symptoms alongside the computer’s power, connections, attached devices and hardware. Investigating at your premises helps identify faults involving the screen, cables or other equipment as well as the computer itself.
Windows startup failures and blue screens
Where available, crash information and technical logs can help identify clues about hardware, drivers or Windows errors. Safe Mode or offline Windows checks may be useful when a normal session is not accessible.

Explain the options and protect your priorities
Let me know if important files are on the computer and whether you have a backup. I’ll discuss the proposed work and charges before proceeding. A startup repair does not guarantee file recovery, and some faults need replacement parts or further work.
Clear pricing
The rate is $140 per hour with a $100 minimum charge. Labour for personal customers is capped at $420 per computer. No travel charge and no extra charge for weekends or public holidays.
