With over 25 years of experience in computing, I come to you, often on the same day you contact me. I operate 7 days a week and quickly help with any computer problems you may have. My pricing policy is simple and easy to understand, so you, the customer, won’t get any nasty surprises.

I charge $140/hour with a cap on labor of $420 per computer for personal customers. For most problems fixed on-site $140 including GST is all you pay. The minimum charge is $100.

If your problem is more complicated like Windows reinstallation or virus removal the maximum you will pay is $420 including GST guaranteed. Easy!
